Orlik Automatic pocket & table lighters

return to Orlik index

Orlik Automatic pocket and table lighters are largely undocumented. They are well-made Ronson copies, in essence. Manufactured in London, Orlik Automatics were probably produced during the 1950s after Ronson's exclusive one-motion patent expired in 1952. The pocket models are about the same size as the Ronson Banker. Table models feature a pull-out mechanism with heavy ceramic base likely produced by Alfred Orlik. (EB)
