A very important German manufacturer who produced lighters for almost 70 years. Founded in 1905, the company is named after its founder who invented several iconic designs and mechanical innovations that were licenced and copied by other manufacturers in Europe and Asia. Members of the Wieden family continued to run the company and design new lighters until KW closed in the early 1970s.
