Patented before World War 1, these beautiful figural Imperator-type table lighters were manufactured in Vienna by Sigmund Haas. The semi-automatic mechanism is triggered by pushing the dog's tail downward. Each dog originally had a tag on it's collar that gave its name and is marked with the Haas logo (a rabbit inside a triangle) on its belly.
